Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Within Australia

All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way for peace of mind. Delivery within Australia typically takes between 2–14 business days. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing prior to dispatch.

Shipping Internationally 

We ship to several countries, though available destinations may change from time to time. The easiest way to check if we ship to your country is to add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Unfortunately, international shipping rules and postage services are constantly changing. If we do not currently ship to your country, please know that we are actively working to expand our international shipping options.

International delivery times typically range between 10–28 days. All orders include a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s journey every step of the way.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any inspections, taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by their country.

Oddity Bug Club reserves the right to cancel any international orders, or refund specific items, if we are aware they cannot be legally exported from Australia. We are not responsible for any items seized by local customs. While we do our best to stay informed about export regulations, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their local import laws and restrictions.

Do You Accept Returns?

We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged. If this occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

Do You Accept Exchanges?

Yes, we do accept exchanges. Orders are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Once the item has been returned to us, a store credit will be issued.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change and an order may need to be cancelled. Cancellations can be accommodated as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. This covers the fees charged by our payment processor, which are not refunded to us.

Alternatively, we’re happy to offer a store credit for the full value of your original order.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Oddity Bug Club is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post. We recommend ensuring your order is delivered to a secure address or location. Australia Post also offers free, secure parcel lockers as an alternative.

If a parcel from Oddity Bug Club is delivered to your address and goes missing afterward, you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police station.

Uncollected Parcels / Returned to Sender

If a parcel is sent to a post office for collection or signature and is not collected within the timeframe set by Australia Post, it will be returned to us as Return to Sender.

In this situation, the customer will be responsible for paying the postage costs again if they wish to have the order re-shipped.

Alternatively, if you choose not to have the order re-delivered, we can issue a refund for the cost of the items minus a 10% processing fee and the original postage costs.

Oddity Bug Club is not responsible for parcels returned due to failure to collect or respond to delivery notifications.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately at odditybugclub@gmail.com. For privacy and timing reasons, please do not send address changes via Instagram or Facebook, as we can’t guarantee they’ll be seen before your order is packed.

If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we’re unable to make changes or take responsibility for delivery issues. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their address is entered correctly at checkout. In this case, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to resolve the issue.

Oddity Bug Club is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Oddity Bug Club is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has left our office. After dispatch, delivery timeframes and delays are beyond our control.
