Shipping within Australia

For any order you place, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track its journey to you with peace of mind. Postage within Australia should take no longer then 7-14 days maximum. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

I’m an international buyer - can I still make an order?

Yes, of course! International orders should take no longer then 10-28 days maximum. For any order you place, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track its journey to you with peace of mind. Buyers are liable for any inspections, taxes, custom costs, etc imposed in their country. 

Oddity Bug Club reserves the right to cancel any international orders or refund any specific items that have been purchased that we know cannot be exported from Australia. Oddity Bug Club is not responsible for any items seized by your countries customs. Whilst we have an understanding of what can be exported out of Australia, buyers are ultimately responsible for knowing their local laws & what can be imported into their own country.

If you are unsure about an item, you're welcome to send us a message and we can look into it for you. 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless the item has arrived broken. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement. Please contact us directly for any queries.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges. Your order is only eligible for an exchange within the first 7 days of it's arrival to you. The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs. Once the item is back in our hands, we will issue you with a store credit. 

Something has come up & I need to cancel my order!

We understand things happen and sometimes order do need to be cancelled. We will honour this if the order has not been shipped yet. All cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee. This is due to us not being credited the costs associated with processing these orders from our payment processer. Alternatively, we can organise a store credit for the exact amount as the original order made. 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Oddity Bug Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by Australia Post. Please ensure your package will be delivered to a secure address or location - Australia Post offers free, secure parcel lockers to help with this. If your package is lost after delivery, we will do our best to help you locate it, but the best course is for you to open a case directly with Australia Post using the tracking number provided.

Help! I’ve entered the wrong postal address!

Please email us (odditybugclub@gmail.com) immediately. Do not send your address over Instagram or Facebook, it is not guaranteed we will see it before packing your order. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped Oddity Bug Club will not be held accountable. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide their correct address during checkout. You will have to contact Australia Post to resolve it. Oddity Bug Club will not be held responsible if the buyer enters the incorrect address without rectifying it. 

 

Oddity Bug Club will not be held responsible for any shipping delays. Once your package has left our office, it is out of our control.
