A stunning vibrant moth mounted onto a black background into a shadow frame.

Alcides Orontes is a moth of the family Uraniidae. It is known from the Maluku Islands, including Seram Island and Ambon Island.

FRAME: 10cm x 15cm. This frame can be changed to black, white or oak - leave a note at checkout if you would like it changed from the display photo!

- This specimen is missing its antennas. There is also a slight mark of visible glue.
